All Studio WGS products are made to order. This means that every item is produced especially for you the moment you place your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless your item arrives damaged or there is a production error on our end.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at studiowgs.shop@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and print production.
