Shipping policy

All items sold by Studio WGS are made to order and printed on demand once you place your order — we don't hold pre-made stock, so each item is produced specifically for you.
Production Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment before it leaves our production facility.
Delivery Time
- United States: 2-5 business days after production
- International (including EU): 10-30 business days after production, depending on destination and customs processing
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped internationally, including within the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order or shipping price.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at studiowgs.shop@gmail.com and we will help investigate with our shipping partner.
