Refund policy

Because all items sold by Studio WGS are made to order and produced specifically for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changed your mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us at studiowgs.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct this at no cost to you.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law, using our Withdrawal Form. Please note that, as our products are made-to-order and personalized, this right may be limited under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU for items produced specifically to your specifications; where this exclusion does not apply, standard withdrawal rights remain available.
