Everything is printed to order, so a large run takes longer than a single set. Work backwards from the date and give it several weeks rather than several days. Order a handful more than your guest count.

How many napkins do I need for a wedding?
One dinner napkin per seated guest plus ten percent for spares and changes to the seating plan. For the reception, count cocktail napkins at roughly two per guest — people set one down and pick up another.
How far ahead should I order?
Everything is printed to order, and a wedding quantity takes longer than a household one. Order at least six weeks out, and order a single sample first so you can see the colour on real cloth before committing to a hundred.
Cloth or hired linens?
Hired linens come back as white polyester every time. Printed cotton costs more per napkin but the set is yours afterwards, which is a different calculation from a rental — particularly if the design is one you would use at home.
