How many do I need for an event?
Roughly two per guest for a drinks reception, since people set one down and take another. For a smaller sit-down event, one per guest plus ten percent.
How much text fits on a 10-inch napkin?
A name and a date comfortably. A monogram, comfortably. A full sentence will need to be set small enough that it stops being the thing you notice — for longer text the 22″ dinner napkin is the better base.
